Who We Are

Anesi are specialist advisors to business owners in the UK and Northern Europe. We focus on helping owners navigate the path to sale - advising, structuring, and fighting for the best possible outcome for founder led companies.

The Partners

We are two friends, Henry and Bradley, who grew up in families with businesses at their heart. This means we have been surrounded by entrepreneurship from a young age and appreciate what it takes to build something.

Watching our parents laboriously navigate business exits, we realised a lack of trust and unnecessary complexity was getting in the way of deals being made.

We started Anesi to provide entrepreneurs with representation they can trust. Leveraging Brad’s Investment Banking background, and Henry’s long standing career in Deal Origination and Complex Transaction Management – we feel we are better placed than just about anyone to deliver the technical expertise needed for M&A processes and fight for the best outcome for the clients that trust us to represent them.

Bradley Miles

Brad spent 9 years working in investment banking for Nomura, Royal Bank of Canada, and Santander. He has structured and advised on multi-billion dollar deals, working closely with some of the world’s largest private equity companies in Blackstone, Apollo, KKR, and many others. His role as a Structured Solutions banker means he has had experience in debt structuring and distribution, and built relationships with globally relevant investors.

Henry Lewis

Henry has worked for multiple small-sized and high growth businesses, leading commercial teams internationally. Having worked as a management consultant before leading WeWork’s rapid expansion in India, Henry has built a reputation as a deal maker who fights for his clients. Outside work, Henry loves his sport having played half decent cricket when he was younger.

Our Approach

Our service is designed to support business owners, offering bespoke solutions and a clear route to exit or growth capital.

We focus on founder led businesses, where representation has typically been poor. We do not charge anything until a transaction is closed - which means we really believe in the companies we choose to work with. We have alignment of interest and skin in the game from the outset, and will always fight for the best outcome for the businesses we represent.
